I met Anni in my workplace by chance. At that time, I was at my all-time low. One of my concerns was a health issue which I had received, having been ill for some time and consultants just not giving me what I needed. Anni really helped me with guidance and heard me and was taking everything a step at a time, so as not to overload me. Just wanted to tell you I was able to get the prescription from my GP and after reading your articles I have changed my diet but still slip when it comes to Indian food.

While living with anxiety, I felt the time had come for me to seek help and learn how to manage those feelings and thoughts that were causing me to be unwell.
I reached out to Dr. Tripathi, and explained how I was feeling; Anni recommended that I should try to use some simple techniques such as the morning ‘high five’, in addition to incorporating more plant based foods in my diet, to help manage my anxiety. I was taught about the importance of looking after my wellbeing and was told to try and allocate some time to a daily, simple breathing exercise that has proved to take my mind away from those those thoughts and situations that used to make me unwell.
