While living with anxiety, I felt the time had come for me to seek help and learn how to manage those feelings and thoughts that were causing me to be unwell.

I reached out to Dr. Tripathi, and explained how I was feeling; Anni recommended that I should try to use some simple techniques such as the morning ‘high five’, in addition to incorporating more plant based foods in my diet, to help manage my anxiety. I was taught about the importance of looking after my wellbeing and was told to try and allocate some time to a daily, simple breathing exercise that has proved to take my mind away from those those thoughts and situations that used to make me unwell.

I am very grateful to Dr. Tripathi and would thoroughly recommend her advice to those people who, like me, struggle to manage those negative thoughts that we have no control on.
